stimulus went to stranger's account

She didn't get the stimulus.  IRS says they deposited it successfully.  Obviously went to a stranger's account.  Stranger did not return funds.  I filed her 2020 tax return claiming the recovery rebate credit but IRS denied it because they thing they already gave her the stimulus.

How do i correct this?
