Does anyone know the update for this? I have some taxpayers with a spouse with an ITIN. They also have kids with social securities. Would they be getting a stimulus check? Dad & kids have social security.

IRS says no, but theres been lots of goofy stuff happening with this EIP...so you never know!

It's actually Congress that says no. No advance refund will be payable wrt the spouse with ITIN. Take a look at §6428(g). If the husband is with the US Armed Forces, however, the exception under paragraph (3) may apply.
