You are correct. There was an alert issued on November 26 telling everybody about the issue. The fix wasn't done until the first part of January so if you transferred returns before the fix, you have issues. You can now either retransfer returns you haven't worked on yet or you can go into each return that you work on and check the correct box on the state refund worksheet.
