Not able to receive updated acknowledgement for state (PA)

Taxman , I think there is a delay with Pennsylvania efile system.. I efiled a return yesterday morning and it still did not come back approved in the late afternoon... This morning it was approved...

I think the States are just scrambling to get all their software updated. Ohio's website has been down for a day about 6 times this season; which is very unusual, in my experience.
