Standard Deduction is coming up as $27,000.0 not 24,400. Actual on Schedule A is only 11,438.00

If they are both over 65.. the standard deduction is $27,000...….....

    How old are the taxpayer and spouse?   

    65 and over get additional standard deduction of $1300 each...so 27000 may very well be correct.
