Disagree. It's meant to be narrowly defined. The preamble and final regs are very clear about that.

If this is a poll, I'll also cast a vote for disagree. It's amazing how something so simple as giving a 20% deduction for a business has been made so complicated. Is it a business? But is it really a business? But what kind of business is it, because if it isn't the right kind of business, we might just have to jump through a few more hoops. Is tax season almost over yet?
