South Carolina internal rejection of an efiled return coe REJ002, What is this?

I have received 2 rejections from South Carolina on efiled returns.  The have the code REJ002 and it states that it is an internal reject.  Any idea what's causing this?

    Internal rejects arent something youre doing wrong, its either Intuit or the tax agency.  Others are getting it too
