Self-employment Tax

I am trying to figure out why self-employment tax is not being calculated on partnership income. The partner is a general partner in a wallcovering business. Shouldn't there be self-employment tax. ProSeries is not calculating it. Why?

Does the K-1 have an amount in Box 14?
