We believe Intuit took an incorrect position and despite all the citations and explanations we have provided over the last few weeks (on and offline) and escalation by the moderators, we still have not received a full response. We have also asked them to provide a rebuttal with their own citations, so that we can review those in more details, in case they believe our understanding of the law is incorrect but we have received no update thus far despite multiple follow-up.
