Schedule D-Employee Stock Sale

I entered all the data for several stock transactions including basis adjustments and everything looks OK.  One of the transactions is not transferring to Schedule D.   I have never seen this before.

I'd delete that line (right click mouse to get options box - select Delete Line in Table)  and re-enter.

Did you make a typo in the sale date such that it is not 2021?

Been there, done that.
