If these are the first returns you are efiling - Have you done the PTIN verification ?   Tools>Options>Firm/Preparer Info-Preparer/ERO section    look for pink box

Are you attempting to convert from within the client file or in the EFCenter?

A couple of returns are giving you problems or are all of your returns failing to launch?  You have successfully transmitted returns previously and the problem just popped up?

A couple of simple things to try first, if you haven't already.  Try rebooting your computer.  If that doesn't do anything, try clicking on your computer start menu, select ProSeries and then click on repair updates.

I have assumed that you have scoured those returns and nothing is showing up as pink in the forms area?

Someone over in the FB PS group is having a similar situation, do you see any message about Overrides when it fails to convert?

So the person over in the FB group called support and they had her remove the 1040 module and reinstall it....so might be worth trying.  You wont lose any data.

Windows Add/Remove Programs, choose ProSeries 2021 and choose Uninstall, it will look like its going to uninstall the entire program, DONT PANIC! its not.  Once you choose Uninstall it will open a window that has choices of which part to uninstall, choose 1040 and let it do its thing.

When its done, restart your computer.  Log back into ProSeries and then go to Update > Select and Download New Products and recheck the 1040 box in the bottom left corner and once that's done, see if you have better luck.
