Repayment of First-Time Home buyer credit in 2020

Hi Folks. A client said they saw somewhere that they don't have to make a payment for the first-time home buyer credit repayment for 2020. Does anyone have any info on this? The IRS website doesn't have any guidance on this topic yet.
