When will software be updated to recognize forgiveness

Not until after the IRS issues the updated form and the software companies have a few weeks to program it. (or some similar answer on any of the dozens of previous threads on this subject)

    Not sure you would ask us, we're just other ProSeries tax preparers. Ask the company.

      I just got a tip, but don't know if I should share it here because I would hate to get my source in trouble.  But what the heck, I heard it was going to be ready sometime between now and October 15th.
