Solved

Reject Code 1040-133 says NOL explanation not attached when it IS attached. Anyone else having this issue? I have 3 returns rejecting for this code.

I saw a post a week or two with the same issue.  Sounds like the problem isn't fixed.  You might want to call support to see if there is a workaround.
