recovery rebate credit

I am getting a notice from pro series about changes to a client after filing specifically the subject credit seems to be rejected by pro series. The file or worksheet of the changes includes a blank copy of 1040-X.

Is anyone else seeing this? I believe my original filing is correct and in 1 case the client has received the full refund. Rarely do I open a client file after filing so I am puzzled. I had state trax issues on this one client!!

Been happening to any return with RRC since the update on 3/11.
