query for corona related 1099r distributions

Since the 8915d/e is not ready until 3/31 it would be nice if we could run a query to get a list of clients who had this distribution since we have to make a manual entry.

The form for 2021 tax year filing and beyond, for disaster year 2020 and beyond, is 8915-F = "Forever" form. This includes covid-disaster withdrawal taxable income reporting deferral.

8915-E is only used for tax year 2020 and disaster year 2020. This includes covid-disaster withdrawal reporting.

8915-D is for tax years 2020 and 2019 for disaster year 2019. There is no covid disaster here.
