Pro series posted message that Q1 1040-ES payments for 2021 were not withdrawn. How do I correct this for my clients.

What do you have that doesn't fit into the 3 situations PS gave instructions for ?

IRS Direct Payment system was unusable. SSN kept forcing a dash when instructions were to enter ssn without dahes. IRS rep could not figure how to make it work. Error occurred when clients' ssns were entered but not mine.
