ProSeries Transfer from 2020 to 2021

It's not transfering my clients.

Check the directory you’re transferring from? If that’s not the problem are you getting an error? Did you confirm Hardware compatibility?

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

    You hit the Transfer button and you see the list of 2020 clients and select them all, but nothing transfers?

    PS: You really shouldn't be transferring clients yet, seasoned PS users know to wait until January for any transfer bugs to be worked out.

      Do you know if the transfer bugs are worked out for 2021?  Wondering if I can transfer now or I should wait another week or two.

      For what it's worth, I'm still waiting.  I rolled clients over to print organizers, but I am still holding tight on the actual tax return files.
