Proseries software 2019 to 2021 not uploading NYS-4 S

I have a client who has to file a NYC 4S but the proseries software has the tab but doen't update the forms .

lizjul,

If you are having issues "activating" the form, please confirm that you are selecting the checkbox on the NY City S Corporation Information Worksheet in Part II to prepare a Form NYC-4S.  That should tell the software you will be filing a 4S instead of the 3L.  

That may not be your issue, but is my first guess at your issue.  Please provide more detail if this doesn't resolve your issue.
