Proseries Basic(50 returns) alread paid in advance but want to charge me as Pay-per-return. Any idea what is wrong?

are you sure your using Basic and not Professional by mistake?

Many people that purchased Basic have discovered that they downloaded and installed Professional by mistake, and then get prompted to Pay Per Return.  If your toolbar looks like this, youre using Professional
