Proseries 2021 is unable to read the selected quickbooks file

when trying to import from my Quick Books Premier Accountant Edition 2020 a company file I receive an Error Message "Unable to read the selected QuickBooks files"

Windows 10 has been updated 

Tried importing from Homebase View

Accounts in Quick Books are tax link

QuickBooks is in single user mode

    Check other posts on this forum. I think others had the same issue last year.
