Proseries 2020 will not open. ProSeries database version mismatch was found. Please run ProSeries Update to fix issue.

Proseries 2020 will not open, I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hours with no luck. We tried to uninstall 2020 and recevied this error message "Unistaller cannot be accessed at this time. Another Proseries user is making changes. Still received same message even after all computers were logged off. Not sure what else to do. This error is only occuring on one "workstation" computer.
