proseries 2013 can't locate the "common" folder - it's on my hard drive. Any clues?

Ready to prepare a 2013 return for a client in Proseries. Have already prepared 2012. When I try to open 2013 software the message is can't find common folder - however, the folder is present on my hard drive - maybe it needs a refresh from somewhere? I have disk as a last resort.

No trouble finding the common folder with your instructions. It needed admin privilege to open, but instead I opened the 2013 software by right clicking on the 2013 icon & choosing "Run as administrator". The program opened up instantly, & i was able to work it OK so far - an advantage of a one person office 🙂 - apparently the common file is OK - Thanks
