Earned income credit look back-my software is not computing the credit for prior year earned income credit when the taxpayer's income is less than 2019

Have you looked at the EIC worksheet and the 8812?  There are check boxes that you have to enter.

    Is their 2020 AGI too high to qualify for EIC?

      Easy enough to check the box but I was concerned that this did not show up as a diagnostic on ProSeries.
