Printing slip sheet with organizers

The organizers printed ok … all but the slip sheet. Can't get it to print. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the little box checked in the options of what to print with the organizer?

    Go to PRINT OPTIONS and select Control Which Forms Print - make sure you are on the correct "Select Return Type or Organizer" drop down list (shown to the right on that screen). You see that you can turn on or off the slip sheet.

      Rather than used window envelopes, I print labels from the Home Base. Then I stick them on the envelopes.
