How does one print transaction activity (Purchases) from my account (Proseries) for the 2019 time frame?   Seems basic but not easy to locate such an action on the Proseries website....

Do you use Pay Per Return in Basic?   

You should be able to see those PPR purchase records in the Tools menu

In Pro it is under information, logs, authorization. That will tell you how many returns you have authorized and paid for, not sure about basic.
