Preparer's printed name not printing on WV return

Preparer's printed name not printing on West Virginia personal income tax return. Other information is printing, i.e. Preparer's firm, telephone number, etc. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You.

Unless you are paper filing the return, I would just ignore it.  I'm guessing that West Virginia doesn't have a law that says preparers must sign the client's copy of the return.
