preparer "refund of tax due" not showing
When in home base view the preparer and refund or tax due columns don't show any detail. I'm filing a return for a family member at no cost so I've checked the boxes on the additional client information page 2 indicating such. It shows XNP for line 9 and the box for line 10 is checked.
But I'm still the "preparer" and the TP is still getting a refund/tax due?
What gives?
