Premium Tax Credit

How do i reduce the AGI for the premium tax credit - Covid relief for

the unemployment benefits figured in the AGI can be reduced by the

Covid additional $600/week.  My client paying a heavy tax penalty because

income increased considerably with the unemployment benefits.
