power of attorney

All-

Never had this situation before. I have a client that is incapable of signing her return or approving efile and has given a relative POA.

Other than sending the docs for review and signing thru DocuSign to the relative, is there anything else that I need to know?

    Form 56 should be filed with the tax return.
