payment of tax due by credit card when e-filing

Client wants to e-file and pay with VISA credit card.  What is the procedure?

Withdrawal options for balance due is limited to information that includes a routing and account number.  Some card providers have this information.  Otherwise if they are adamant about paying via credit card, they will need to do so via the irs.gov website, more information can be provided here: https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/easy-ways-to-pay-taxes
