PAY BY REFUND SANTA BARBARA BANK (TPG)

I've been filing returns with this just fine then yesterday I got "Can't find approved bank registration record" error and the return was rejected.  When I tried to log in to their website, I couldn't.  Anyone else having trouble?  Am going to try to call them today.

I encountered the same problem with Santa Barbara Bank (SBTPG) on yesterday.  I contacted TPG and they stated that it is no issue with the taxpayers account.  However, I get an error message.  Someone please help.
