Partnership owns PTP Partnership with a KY State Allocation

Partnership owns another partnership. Partnership receives K-1 from the partnership it owns with a  KY state allocation of income / gross receipts.  How do you enter the KY state information in 1065?

Hi great to see you in the Community and thanks for posting! Here's a support article that should help with this:

To enter the K-1 your partnership received from the other partnership, open the owner partnership's return, go to the Forms bar (usually under Common Forms) and select "K-1 Partner" (not the Sch K-1 Wks, which is for K-1s you issue to your own partners). From there, set up the payer partnership (FEIN, name, etc.) and enter the amounts, including the Kentucky state allocation, from the K-1 you received.
