PA 40 SChedule g/L: how to enter foreign country

I am trying to claim as a credit the taxes on foreign sourced income. Drop down box only has states and territories. How do I enter " various" per pa instriucions

PA no longer allows a tax credit for foreign taxes. It hasn't for many years.
