Question

One spouse works in US, another in UK making below the exclusion amount, they file jointly. Depending on amount of foreign income despite the fact it is fully excluded the tax liability changes by $1,200 for every $10,000 of foreign income. I can't

Foreign earned income excluded is added to other income when determining your tax bracket. There should be a worksheet showing the tax calculation (I don't use ProSeries so am not sure on this).

The more I know the more I don’t know.
