I believe Ohio just announced/posted, they are excluding the Unemployment tax on benefits received to conform with the IRC.

Has Gov Dewine signed the bill for this?  I am in Ky and don't always see the updates for Ohio. Where can I find something to put in my file to back it up?  Sorry don't mean to be picky, but just did a search and finding nothing on it yet.
