not eligible for electronic filing due to fiscal year info?

Getting a new error 'not eligible for electronic filing due to fiscal year info'?  Never had this before.  what is meant by 'fiscal year date information'?  Nothing out of the ordinary with this client. Anyone know how to resolve?

Is this for a 1040 client or another type of entity. Fiscal year to me usually means taxable year, i.e.  may not be the calendar year. I have e-filed non 1040 client entities with fiscal years with no problem. Hope this helps. Just my Opinion
