Not Eligible E-filling for New York State
I have a claim that has a 1099G for New York State Excluded Workers Fund (Box 6 on 1099G), the Pro-Series 2021 does not allow me to e-filling NYS return with a error message "Not Eligible for E-filing because returns with a 1099G that does not have unemployment on box 1". However, I don't see New York State Department of Tax has such a notice. Can any one help me out here?
