need to download my 2016 and 2017 software

I have to access clients from 2016 and 2017 and prepare tax returns for both years. I've been with Proseries since 1999. But I have a new computer and only have my data backed up. How do I do it?

When I click on previous years to download 2017. It missing from the drop down list. How can I get the 2017 software?

If years are missing from your Downloads you'll need to call support....

Follow up to roll tide... Once installed you'll go to FILE and Client file maintenance and restore the files from your USB device or wherever the data is currently stored
