Nebraska Form 1065N - Can ProSeries efile it this year (2019)?

Can ProSeries efile a Nebraska Form 1065N for 2019? In the past ProSeries did not efile Nebraska partnership Form 1065N. I need to know if it can be efiled by ProSeries this year.
