Question
my printer does not always respond to PROSERIES print command but will print PDF of file
It is a strange issue. My printer will print 2-4 pages of a return and stop when printing directly from Proseries Basic. When I create a PDF from the proseries print page, i have no problem with the print process. Is there a software glitch. My printer interfaces fine with all other software and PDF files !!!!!
