My out of state returns (OH and VA so far) have been acknowledged by ProSeries by not by the State agency, anyone else having a problem?

I haven't received any acknowledgments back from Ohio yet from returns I filed on Monday night and after.

I have not seen any delays or outage reports for OH yet but VA did announce they are not yet processing returns: https://accountants-community.intuit.com/announcements/1796531

My Ohio returns are being acknowledged, except the first 3 I submitted on 1/29/19
