my hard drive crashed, how do i get a report of all the returns I've previously efiled

Not sure you can unless you have a backup of your client files.  

If you restore the client files from your backup, then you can update your Efile acknowledgements and get all your Efile info back.

    Lisa I take it you are saying that ProSeries does not maintain a record of authorized/transmitted/accepted returns on our individual site?
