Question

My client sold 10% of her S Corp to an employee in June of 2021. How do I complete the weighted average ownership percentage worksheet to show dates of changes in ownership? The program does not seem to want to accept the date for changes that were

You're entering the date on the Smart Worksheet  on the Weighted Average Ownership % Worksheet?

    Yes, I am entering 6/1/2021 on the worksheet and the error message is "Date of change #6 Do not leave gaps in dates of changes in ownership.
