My client qualifies for $21. EITC and the W2 is for $265 for travel pay as a UAL employee

I would like to not do the EIC and cannot find a way to get the program to not do the EIC.

On the EIC questions on the Federal Info worksheet, click yes to the first question and that will prevent the calculation. It doesn't effect the rest of the return.

     Do you mean the question 'is the TP or spouse a qualifying child for EIC for another person' ?
