Can you pay Montana Estimated taxes electronically, like Federal Estimated taxes?

You can pay through the web portal and schedule what you need out to the future:

I don't know the answer but I will share this information. Look at the Estimated Tax Payment worksheet for Montana.... that's were I'd expect the option to be located, similar to the Federal.

If you can't do within ProSeries, check with the state. My state allows electronic payments. I can also schedule future payments.

I have a grand total of 1 Montana client and I don't see anyway to do it through ProSeries.
