May I have a copy of the accepted acknowledgement for the originally filed return

I forgot to save a copy of the originally filed return that I need it to prepare an amended return.

The title you have and then the contents of your question seem to be asking 2 completely different things.

The Form 9325 should show the acceptance of the original return.

You should be using that original file to prepare the amended...so you wouldnt need a copy....did you delete the original file? If so, you can restore it from the recycle bin.
