LTC not transferring from Schedule A to NYS IT-249 -

 For as long as I can recall.....if you input the LTC premiums on the Schedule A worksheet, it would auto transfer to the IT-249 "Credit for Long Term Care Insurance".

Surprise!  Not this year.  I can't even get the IT-249 to activate if I put the number directly on the IT-249 form

MY BAD....I inadvertently checked the "YES" box on the info worksheet regarding NY Public Trust Act.

Apparently you can't get credits if you have been convicted of Bribery, etc.......
