Louisiana Citizens Insurance Credit.

Does Louisiana Form 540 still give a credit for LA Fair Plan Emergency Assessment Surcharge?  This is a credit for an assessment on taxpayers homeowners insurance.

LDR states "The credit for assessments paid on or after January 1, 2007, and before January 1, 2020 can be claimed on the individual income tax return..."

Looks like it is no more... well, at least as far as the tax return goes.
