Locked out of ProSeries Professional for over 24 hrs

I had problems getting in the correct password and at the point it appeared it had gone in correctly, I got the message back that I had made too many attempts and was locked out for 15 minutes.  24 hours later a still locked out and don't know how to fix this.  How can I do that?

Do you get to the Sign In screen?  Have you tried clicking the  I forgot my user ID or password ?

    I had the same problem and cured by logging directly (without the tax program) to intuit and reset my password there.
